Joshua Etheridge has an unmatched passion toward community outreach. Throughout the the last decade, Mr. Etheridge has set out to transform the playing field for our youth and young adults.
Fostering a Nation was created as an answer to a societal need to combat the negative and stereotypical perspective of young males and their impact in our communities. It also provides training for ex-felons to assist them with re-entering the workforce. It is our desire to aid both groups in acquiring the basic yet necessary skills, resources, and guidance that will provide a foundation for a sustainable level of growth. Fostering a Nation is an organization committed to providing mentoring, soft skills training, conflict resolution, and critical thinking skills. Our expected outcome is for our youth and young male adults to regain a strong sense of purpose, a healthy outlook on life, and a fortified commitment to personal growth.
As socially responsible service providers, we endeavor to reach out to as many people as we can serve. To do this, we take great strides to ensure our staff are well-trained and provide help through meaningful activities that will improve the quality of lives of those who are in need and empower them to better themselves.
